If Nexus Tweaks isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to ask
- Ask on our Discord server with your account's email address and, if you have it, your order ID.
You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to hear it.
What happens next
The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. After a refund, your account goes back to the Free plan (or to Standard, if you refund a Pro upgrade). Restore Center keeps working on Free, so you can still undo any change you made with a paid feature. If you uninstall, undo the changes you want reverted first; uninstalling does not undo them.

Contact us anyway if something went wrong. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
