Applying it needs Nexus Pro. Every plan can read it here and undo it in Restore Center. Compare plans

What it changes

Nexus changes how 2 Windows services start. You see each exact change, with your current value next to the new one, before anything is applied, and you can undo it in Restore Center.

Why it helps

One fewer background service running or starting on demand.

Trade-offs

Windows Mixed Reality headsets stop working.

Evidence

Strong evidenceExpected impact:Small

Strong evidence means: documented by microsoft or consistently measurable. Expected impact is small (1 of 3): how much it can matter when this is actually the bottleneck on your PC, not a promised gain.

Is it in a pack?

No. Tweaks that change a Windows service are never applied in bulk. Each one is a deliberate, individual choice.

How to undo

Switch the tweak off in Nexus, or open Restore Center and restore this change (or choose Undo last change). Nexus writes back the original value it recorded before applying, not a generic default, then reads it back to confirm.

Apply it safely with Nexus

Preview the exact change, apply it with its original value recorded, and undo it in one click if you change your mind.
